EcoGuard: Eco - Friendliness

Start using our EcoGuard product range for fast food packaging products and take steps to make less impact to nature compared to regular packaging. EcoGuard packaging materials are coated with BioPBS™ polymer range, which are compostable and biodegrades without special conditions in 4 months in soil. 

Biopolymers are made from renewable resources

PBS is generally produced from Succinic acid coming during fermentation process of RAW SUGAR. Excellent compostability at room temperature no need for special conditions, degrades in the soil (EN13432). It is your contribution to the circular economy.

Less environmental impact compared to traditional packaging

Derived from natural resources, such as sugarcane cassava and corn, BioPBS™ is compostable into biomass, carbon dioxide and water. Products made from BioPBS™ can be disposed of along with organic waste. BioPBS™ has no adverse effects on the environment and is naturally compostable, without requiring a specialized composting facility.

      Line processing similar to LDPE - no need to change settings

      • Similar processability as LDPE;
      • Processable in LDPE extrusion coating machine;
